When launched in Paris in 1965, the Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow was claimed to be the most innovative Rolls-Royce for over 50 years. With its sister model, the Bentley T, the two new models marked a revolutionary step forward for their manufacturer, Rolls-Royce. Much acclaimed from the very beginning of their career the models remained in production until 1980 in their revised editions of R-R Silver Shadow II and Bentley T2.
